RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

Personalized items (e.g., engraved products) cannot be returned unless defective.

To initiate a return, contact support@frindt.ch with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are refunded only where required by law or if the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@frindt.ch as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FRINDT, Herrngasse 1, 96450 Coburg, Germany, email: support@frindt.ch) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Returning goods: You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., engraved/personalized products).
